We apply our established process coaching methodology. The goal is to develop a specific balance between process excellence and ensuring all necessary organizational processes and resources are available through the implementation of management systems. The required degree of standardization depends on the process and is determined by the risk of errors during implementation.
By implementing management systems, it is possible to define processes and their necessary environment according to international ISO standards and, if desired, to have their effectiveness externally certified.

We analyze the effectiveness of your organizational processes using indicators and expert interviews, and assess process compliance based on your Standard operating procedures (SOP) as well as international standards for quality (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001), occupational health and safety (ISO 45001), and energy (ISO 50001).
Based on these potential analyses, we develop customized solutions for your processes to enhance their „Operational Excellence“.
Standardize | Implement
We support you in standardizing selected, relevant process steps, taking into account strategic targets and employee experience.
When implementing management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001), we support you until successful certification. We share our many years of experience with your employees through practical training, empowering them to independently maintain and further develop the systems.

We are a team of experts with many years of experience in multinational industries in the automotive supply industry, steel production and high-temperature ceramics (refractory) with areas of activity such as research & development – product management – production improvement management – certification – after-sales support.
By specializing in the field of auditing and coaching, we see potential for development at the sensitive interfaces between people and processes. Our different focal points allow us to synergize process-technological knowledge with group-dynamic aspects. In the case of special challenges, our extensive network allows us to bring in experts to support us in finding solutions.
