Analyses & Verifications
We analyze the effectiveness of your operational management processes based on international standards for quality (ISO9001), environment (ISO14001), occupational safety (ISO45001) and energy (ISO50001) and design tailor-made solutions for your processes.
We evaluate your supply chain’s compliance on european sustainability standards (ESG), internationally.
Implementation & Training
We support you in the implementation of ISO management systems and accompany you through to successful certification. If necessary, employees are instructed and trained for the continuation and maintenance.
Coaching
We support the further development of your corporate culture towards improved social, economic and ecological sustainability, while at the same time increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of your employees.
OUR TEAM
We are a team of experts with many years of experience in multinational industries in the automotive supply industry, steel production and high-temperature ceramics (refractory) with areas of activity such as research & development – product management – production improvement management – certification – after-sales support.
By specializing in the field of auditing and coaching, we see potential for development at the sensitive interfaces between people and processes. Our different focal points allow us to synergize process-technological knowledge with group-dynamic aspects. In the case of special challenges, our extensive network allows us to bring in experts to support us in finding solutions.

EXPERIENCE: PhD in Geo Sciences and Structural Chemistry with many years of international experience in industry with management systems, certification, process management in production environments, Six Sigma, Lean, 3rd party audit, adult & intercultural training and organizational development.
